Shipping
We ship via UPS within the United States. Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped. Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.

Riptidez LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All Sales Final / Replacement Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final once shipped.

We offer replacements or store credit only for the following situations:
• Item arrived damaged
• Incorrect item received

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include photo documentation.
Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return or replacement.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
